Do we ship international?
Yes. We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Middle East, North America, Australia, New Zealand etc. Just key in your full address and the shipping cost will be shown when you check out. If the country of destination is not available, kindly email us hello@savannagoodness.com for shipping charges so that we can add your destination.
How do we deliver your orders?
We ship from Malaysia using courier services like Poslaju, DHL, SingPost, Janio and a few other last mile delivery partners in your country. Expect to receive delivery within 2-4 business days within Peninsular Malaysia, 3-8 business days for East Malaysia. 5-10 business days for Singapore. Other international destinations are included.
How much do I get charged?
The shipping fee is RM8 flat rate West Malaysia and RM18 East Malaysia, irregardless of weight/quantity. For Singapore , it is SGD $8. International shipping charges will be shown upon filling of full address. This is subject to change from time to time.
Any taxes for international orders?
We have shipped to many international destinations and no taxes were charged. For Singapore, we will pay any taxes/duty if applicable. Unless for bulk shipment like more than 30 units, you may have to check with your local authorities.
How is my order packed?
We pack your product securely with enough protection and the shipping process does not affect the quality of the products. We have shipped thousands of parcel across the world with good customer satisfaction.
How do I track my order?
Upon successful order completion and payment, you will be notified via email with the order number. Once the product has been posted, we will notify you with the tracking number. You can therefore track at the respective courier service provider which will be shared via email.
You can also track your shipping status on your account page or order tracking page.
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
We endeavor to ship orders as quickly as possible. At most, you can expect your order within:
2-4 business days within Peninsula Malaysia
3-8 business days within East Malaysia
5-10 business days within Singapore
6-14 business days rest of the world

How do I ship to a different address?
At delivery address field, key in your desired shipping address. This field is different from billing address. If both are the same, simply untick “Ship to a different address” checkbox.
Can I arrange for self-collection?
No. We only fulfill orders via courier services both for domestic and international orders. We have local retailers listed on our Find Us page if you wish to purchase in person.
I would like to send this as a gift, can you hide information like price on delivery documents?
Yes, we could make arrangement for the bill/DO to not show the price. Do let us know in the NOTES section on the order checkout page. You can also notify us via email or message us over our social media pages.
