What is Ethical Product and Ethical Consumerism?
Every time we make a purchase, it affects society, the environment, and people living all over the world. Purchasing products that have been manufactured in a way that champions Social Goodness and minimizing environmental damage, while avoiding products and services that have a negative impact on society or the environment, is called ethical consumerism. It’s “dollar voting”, a kind of activism that we practice every time you buy something even if were not aware were doing it. We want to make the most ethical choice possible when shopping, but we need to have ethical products available to buy.
Ethical products are produced with Social Goodness at heart. Pureness. Honest. Goodness. The three words sum it all. We choose products that are made with love and respect to the producing community, supply chain and the environment.
What We Believe
At Savanna Goodness, we believe in empowering consumers by giving them the freedom to choose natural, organic, and ethical products instead of mainstream commercial options produced by large corporations. We choose to source ethical products; products that have been created in safe facilities by workers who are treated well and paid fair wages to work legal hours. We also choose to source products from suppliers that we know are respecting the environment during the production and manufacture of the products, and never testing their products on animals. We represent brands that support communities by sourcing from cooperatives and small farmers instead of big companies that unfairly monopolize trade and keep labour prices down. We understand that our health is directly connected to the health of the products we consume and, ultimately, to the health of the planet.
